Back from Tucson

We road-tripped it to Tucson for the day yesterday to see Kaly at the UA. My future school, UA! Remember: Kaly, not Kali the Hindu goddess of the destroyer of worlds. I learned about homophones on my way down. That's why I mention it. This song was on the indie radio station: http://pbskids.org/lions/videos/homophones.html It's my new favorite.

Anyhoos, she was at a student journalist camp with the NY Times and some other newspapers.

Kaly and I wore our thinking caps in the campus art near the art building. It was a fun chair to sit in.

Best thing yet was our lunch at Magpies Pizza. I chased some pigeons and played all around the patio. It was a quick trip, and we got back in time for my bedtime.
