Bryce Update and Rolling Around

This morning mum and I brought Bryce for his operation. The doctor said he has a herniated disc. Bryce will probably stay in the hospital overnight. I will miss not having him there, but he should be ok to come home tomorrow.

But I have some other big news: Yesterday I rolled over on my side by myself! Mum got so excited and took some pictures of me:

After I rolled over (it really wasn't that hard!), I decided to hide in the big pile of clean clothes so Dad wouldn't see me. It took him a while to finally find me, and then we rolled around in the clean clothes until they weren't so clean anymore.

good thing the docs are fixing brycen's back. pretty soon he will be good as new in time for you to take rides on his back--he can be your escape from bebetraz accomplice! (he's very sneaky--your mum and dad will never suspect a thing, but don't tell them i told you that...)

Oliver! You are such a doll! I am so proud of you rolling on your side. You are getting to be such a big boy.

Ollie--

Tell your mum that I hurt my knee just running. I was running on the treadmill one day and my knee hurt a little. I thought I would just work through the pain. Bad idea. Because the running and most high impact exercise was a new concept for my body my knee was weak and got injured easily. I slowly worked through getting it better--doing toning and stationary bike initially and then elliptical.

Good news! Bryce came home and is resting. He got a nice haircut where the surgery was. He will be taking some meds for pain, but otherwise should be up and doggish soon.
