Weekends

Weekends are kind of funny... I mean what does weekend mean? They should just call them activities instead of days. I did lots of fun stuff in the last few days. It started out when we visited guitar land. Actually, it is just my cousins' house, but more fun to call it that.

Well here I am trying my hand at toe yoga. It is seldom taught in traditional yoga practice, but I am perfecting the practice. I sometimes forget to the take my toes out of my mouth.

That was day one... Now we're on to the next one. Mum said I shouldn't use this picture. Pappa was being bad and didn't put my bib on me. He said that I was going to get a bath anyway, so what did it matter. At least now there will be evidence for later on that I really like my walker.

Pappa and Mum went to lunch the next day. He decided to show mum that I'm ticklish. He was tickling me on the back of my head. Little did I know that it was all a rouse. It was really an excuse to eat french fries. I just thought they were being silly.

It was a packed day. After pappa got home from work they told me that we were actually going to go swimming. I got to use some toys that my aunt Tere gave me. It's my own fun-ship flotilla. First Pappa and me were pretending to be in a pool commercial. Notice how our floating matched. Then I branched out and hammed it up for the camera.

After a little while the doggas decided that they just couldn't resist it and they joined us in the pool. Angel still didn't like the water too much. She prefers baths, the ocean, granddad's pond, but not the pool. Bryce, on the other hand, was practically an otter. He followed us around and even swam up to say hi.

Lolo Leo also got to hold me right about dinner time. I was getting sleepy and soon after my weekend came to an end. I had to go home and go to bed.

If Curt and I still lived in Phx you could come to our house and go swimming!

It looks like you really like swimming!

I can see why your mommy wants you to wear your bib. That's a lot of drool!

Little fish, Ollie. The water looks inviting. I am happy you are learning about water and will be a swimmer. Grandpa just bought two new Koi, but they are not as pretty as you.
Love,
Grandma
